This case study describes two febrile infants with no respiratory symptoms who presented to an emergency department in New York City positive for SARS-CoV-2. Authors suggest remaining highly suspicious of SARS-CoV-2 infection in febrile infants and emphasize routine testing and infection control measures even in the absence of respiratory symptoms, to prevent SARS-CoV-2 introduction into hospital settings.
