Viruses can cause severe diseases in humans and animals. Emerging viruses transmitted to humans from an animal host are some of the deadliest known diseases.Coronaviruses were identified in the mid-1960s and are known to infect humans and other animals, including birds and mammals. The epithelial cells of the respiratory and gastrointestinal tracts are the central target cells. Due to these characters, viral dissemination occurs through these systems, and transmission can occur through different routes, fomites, airborne, or fecal-oral.During the COVID-19 outbreak, although the previous transmissions were from animals after infecting four people from the wholesale seafood market, all other transmissions are believed to be person-to-person; the mode of transmission was so active it quickly flew to other countries.Transmission from a human to an animal can be reduced more quickly compared to humans. In the recent outbreak, human-to-human transmission increased many times due to China's annual celebrations, during which the mass movement increased. As has happened in the past with other diseases, the spread of a new coronavirus, SARS-CoV, and MERS-CoV are optical. They are reasons for concern in the interaction between animals and humans with the future concern of new epidemics in China and the Foreign.
